TYRONE TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Monday, May 14, 2018 by the Tyrone Township Zoning Board of Appeals at the Tyrone Township Hall, 10408 Center Road, Fenton, Michigan, at 7:00 p.m., to consider the following variance applications:
APPEAL NO. 1: Ref. Tyrone Township Zoning Ordinance No. 36 - Section 20.01 (Schedule of Regulations)
A request by Raymond Lademan for a 10 -foot east side yard setback variance in order to build a proposed accessory structure, located at 13255 Old Oaks Drive, Fenton, Michigan 48430, Parcel ID: 4704-36-100-043. The property is zoned FR, Farming Residential. Reference requirements set forth in Article 20, Schedule of Regulations, inclusive of accessory building setbacks, height, and sight lines, and Section 21.02, Accessory Buildings and Structures Provisions.
